Learning agreements print with the transaction receipt when a student purchases a course. They contain all the details of the course along with the terms.
If you need to print a learning agreement, there are two ways to do so:
- Bring up the customer in Point of Sale.
- Click the Courses icon under their customer information display. There contact information will be replaced by their course reservation.
- Click the printer icon to reprint the learning agreement.
Or:
- Review the purchase invoice. You can do this by clicking the invoice number from their customer history or the invoice page (Sell > Invoices and online orders).
- Each course line will have a printer icon next to it; click this to reprint the learning agreement.
