📦 Vendor Catalog Updates

Orchid POS and eCommerce vendor catalogs were refreshed on September 8, 2025, adding 889 new UPCs and archiving 951 discontinued items across nine vendors including Bill Hicks, Camfour, Crow, Davidsons, Lipseys, RSR, Sports South, and Zanders. The update also includes over 5,000 new or updated product images, with no taxonomy changes.

Orchid POS and eCommerce vendor catalogs were refreshed on August 22, 2025, adding 1,175 new UPCs, archiving 2,565 discontinued items, and updating 3,170 product images across Bill Hicks, Camfour, Crow, Davidsons, Lipseys, RSR, Sports South, and Zanders.

Orchid POS and eCommerce vendor catalogs were refreshed on August 15, 2025, adding 965 new UPCs and archiving 1,639 discontinued items across eight vendors including Bill Hicks, Camfour, Davidsons, Lipseys, RSR, Sports South, and Zanders. The update also includes 947 new or updated product images and 25 taxonomy revisions.

Orchid POS and eCommerce vendor catalogs received updates on August 8, 2025, adding 352 new UPCs and 335 updated product images across vendors including Bill Hicks, Crow, Davidsons, Lipseys, RSR, Sports South, and Zanders. Additionally, 417 UPCs were archived as no-longer-available, with Sports South and RSR accounting for the largest removals.

Orchid POS and eCommerce vendor catalogs received updates across eight distributors (Bill Hicks, Camfour, Crow, Davidsons, Lipseys, RSR, Sports South, and Zanders), including 894 new UPCs, 1,273 taxonomy updates, 850 new/updated images, and 902 archived NLA items.

Vendor catalogs across eight distributors (Bill Hicks, Camfour, Crow, Davidsons, Lipseys, RSR, Sports South, and Zanders) were refreshed in Orchid POS and eCommerce, adding 574 new UPCs and 574 updated images while archiving 438 discontinued UPCs.

Vendor catalogs for Orchid POS and eCommerce were refreshed on March 28, 2025 across eight suppliers (Bill Hicks, Camfour, Crow, Davidsons, Lipseys, RSR, Sports South, and Zanders), adding 861 new UPCs, 1,130 new product images, and 125 taxonomy updates while archiving 1,056 discontinued UPCs.

Vendor catalogs across Orchid POS and eCommerce were refreshed on March 21, 2025, adding 2,328 new UPCs and 3,214 new product images from vendors including Bill Hicks, Camfour, Crow, Davidsons, Lipseys, RSR, Sports South, and Zanders. A total of 734 UPCs were archived as no-longer-available, with no taxonomy changes in this update.

Orchid POS and eCommerce vendor catalogs were refreshed on March 14, 2025, adding 904 new UPCs and archiving 883 discontinued UPCs across eight vendors including Bill Hicks, Camfour, Davidsons, Lipseys, RSR, Sports South, and Zanders. No taxonomy updates were included in this release.

Vendor catalogs for Orchid POS and eCommerce were refreshed on March 7, 2025, adding over 3,100 new UPCs across eight vendors (including Bill Hicks, Camfour, Lipseys, RSR, and Sports South) and archiving roughly 1,300 discontinued items. Camfour also received 349 taxonomy updates.

Vendor catalog updates on February 24, 2025 added 768 new UPCs and archived 410 discontinued UPCs across seven vendors (Bill Hicks, Crow, Davidsons, Lipseys, RSR, Sports South, and Zanders) in Orchid POS and eCommerce. No taxonomy changes were included in this update.

Vendor catalogs across Orchid POS and eCommerce have been refreshed, with Bill Hicks now offering all active UPCs and updates from Camfour, Chattanooga, Crow, Davidsons, Lipseys, RSR, Sports South, and Zanders including new UPCs, taxonomy changes, and archived NLAs. Starting November 18, 2024, catalogs will be available for selective weekly sync via a new "Catalog Upd

Vendor catalogs for Orchid POS and eCommerce—including Bill Hicks, Camfour, Chattanooga, Crow, Davidsons, Lipseys, RSR, Sports South, and Zanders—have been refreshed with new UPCs, taxonomy updates, and archived items. Starting November 18, 2024, all catalogs will be updated daily and accessible for selective sync through a new "Catalog Updates" area in the POS.

Orchid POS v1.34.17 introduces a dynamic eCommerce button that displays "AmmoReady" or "Storefront Orders" based on customer type, and enhances the AmmoReady catalog import to match part numbers/UPCs and optionally override POS product attributes. Additionally, the table editor and Manage Products grid now display and allow sorting by parent and child categories.
