Release Overview
Q2S12.23 provides enhancements/updates to the following:

- Batch Import for Assign and Return Firearms *New!*
- 4473 Enhancements

Updates to Transactions with LOA *New!*
FFLs with a valid LOA (Letter of Authorization) will now show as current on the Receive and FFL Transfer screens if the LOA Expiration Date is a future date. The Current License Indicator will now appear in Yellow rather than in red. We have also eliminated the popup that asks the user if they want to transact with an expired FFL.
Batch Import for Assign and Return Firearms *New!*
We have added the ability to assign and return multiple firearms at the same time via Batch Import.
4473 Enhancements
The “Other Firearm” checkbox will be automatically checked in Question 24 on the 4473 PDF if the Firearm Type is “Firearm”. We have also fixed an issue where customers between the age of 18-20 were prevented from completing the purchase if the firearm had a Firearm Type of “Rifle / Shotgun Combo”. We have added additional controls to confirm that a seller has entered a signature in Question 35 prior to hitting “Accept”.
Orchid IM Enhancements
We resolved an issue where firearms could not be assigned to certain employees.
Updated Date Controls on Destruction Transaction
We added a date control to prevent the user from entering a destruction date prior to the acquisition date.
Printing Label Error Message
We resolved an issue where some users were seeing a “DYMO Label Plugin” error message on the Item Details screen if the “Label Printing on Standard Transactions” toggle was turned off.
Correction Log – Advanced Search
We added the ability to filter the Corrections Log by Acquisition and Disposition Date.
