Speed of Serial Number Search
The primary search tool found in the Bound Book (“Search by Keyword”) has been redesigned to search for a serial number only rather than query every field in the database. The new search tool has been renamed to “Quick Search (Serial Number Only)” and results in a much faster return of data. Customer can continue to search any field in the Bound Book using the “Advanced Search” function.
Clearing Browser Cache
Prior to this release some eBound users would need to clear their browser cache to take advantage of new software functionality. We have implemented a new feature that eliminates the need to do this in the future.
