Beginning November 1st, 2020, the ATF requires all Form 4473s to be processed using the revised form. The new ATF Form 4473 is now live.
The following updates pertain to the 4473 menu hyperlinks located inside of Orchid eBound™. - On the evening of October 29, a link was added in Orchid eBound™ menu tree granting early access to the new 4473,
- Until midnight, October 31, the existing link used to start a 4473 in the old format will remain active as requested by some clients.
- On midnight, October 31, the link used to start a 4473 in the old format will be removed.
- Any 4473s in progress, in the old format or new can still be accessed using the "in-progress" links shown in the Orchid eBound™ menu.
- The link to "in-progress" 4473s of the old format will removed several weeks after the November 1 ATF deadline.
