Release Overview

Q2S9.22 provides enhancements/updates to the following areas:

4473 In-Process Kiosk Code - New SMS Feature
Retention of Generated Reports on Access Prior to Reports Screen
LOA Override and FFL Date Validation for Upload Transactions
Corrections Log by Corrected by User
Edit Users Screen

4473 In-Process Kiosk Code – New SMS Feature

Customers who use Orchid eBound's 4473 in kiosk mode are required to provide consumers with a code at the beginning of section B. Customers who forget the code can create inefficiencies at the register. We have added functionality that allows the FFL to enter the consumer's phone number at the end of Section A such that the kiosk code can be texted to them. The FFL will continue to have the option to read off the kiosk code number to the consumer, as is done today, in the event that the consumer refuses to provide a phone number for texting. Additionally, the SMS code can also be resent with a new resend code feature that has been added to the e4473 (In Process) screen.

Retention of Generated Reports on Access Prior Reports Screen

Some users reported longer loading times of “Prior Reports” stored in the Access Prior Reports screen. To increase speed of operation, we have updated this feature to only pull the last 30 days of reports. If a user would like a report that he or she generated over 30 days ago, it can be regenerated use the original search, query and export feature. Please note, to avoid any confusion, this is unrelated to the completed 4473 screen and only relates to historical bound book exports.

FFL Date Validation for Upload Transactions

A number of users requested a feature to permit the upload of older data that contained then current (now expired) FFL numbers. For example, the upload of an acquisition or disposition that occurred 4 years ago which would likely include an FFL number that is now expired. Or, the upload of an acquisition or disposition that includes a customer operating on an LOA extension. To accommodate this, a toggle switch has been added to the Upload Transactions screen to allow the user to turn the FFL date validation either on or off during uploads.

Corrections Log by Corrected By User

We have added back the functionality to allow users to filter the Corrections Log by Corrected by User.

Edit Users Screen

Minor enhancements to the Edit User Screen to remove items that are no longer relevant to eBound functionality.
