If you find pending forms that need to be cancelled, because a customer changed their mind or a paper form was ran instead etc, please follow the steps below.
Login to eBound | eBound Main Menu | Retail Reports | e4473 In Progress | Scroll down until you find the customer | Select | Review | Update necessary information | Click Next until you see the Cancel Option in the screenshot below | After selecting Cancel it will prompt you to Sign and Certify the Form | This will remove the firearm from the reservation |
