View 4473 Instantly, On-Screen without Download

You can now view a customer's Form 4473 directly on-screen—no need to download a PDF. This is available in the In-Process and Complete section.

 

Expiration Date Toggle for 4473 Supporting Documents 

Company Admins can now require or leave optional an expiration date when uploading supporting documents such as a Driver’s License, PCS Order or other related documentation. This setting can be enabled in Account Settings.

 

Faster Page Load Times

We’ve made performance improvements to speed up page loads in the Bound Book, Master Data Tables, In-Process and Complete and Multiple Sales Review pages. You’ll notice significantly faster response times.

  

Significantly Updated Manufacturing, Model and Caliber Drop Downs

We’ve added new functionality to link the eBound product drop downs to our master POS catalog data. Starting later this week, we will update the drop-down data to include hundreds of additional manufacturers, models and calibers.

 

Bug Fixes

• Section C Cancellation - Canceling Section C will no longer trigger unnecessary field requirements like a driver’s license. After cancellation, only a signature will be required to complete the transaction.
• Section E Signature - A customer’s recertification signature now saves even if an employee exits Section E before completing the disposition.

Website Load and Search Speeds

Significant enhancements have been made to increase the speed of website pages, particularly the home page and product pages. Additional enhancements are planned in the coming weeks including a much revamped Global Search for all pages.

 

New Widget – Product Category Display

A new Widget has been added to the Online > Configure Site menu that will allow users to drop in Product Group displays on any page.

 

Consistent Font on Checkout Screen

We’ve made a small visual update to improve the customer experience: the font is now consistent across the entire customer-facing screen after a transaction is completed.

 

Bug Fixes

1. Sales Price Display: Fixed an issue where similar products were showing sale prices, but clicking on them reverted to the regular online price. Sale pricing now displays correctly in all views.
   
2. Course Reminders: Automated course reminders were not functioning properly when invalid dates were entered manually. A time selector has now been added to prevent incorrect inputs and ensure reminders work as expected.

We're expanding integrations and need BETA users for the following features:

Bug Fixes

1. Customer Creation Issue – A temporary issue was preventing some users from adding new contacts. The root cause has been identified, and a fix is currently in development to prevent it from recurring. The situation continues to be actively monitored.
