  • Each account will come pre-set with Store Name, Store Code and contact information. Store Name and Store Code cannot be edited by the user. Contact Orchid if changes are required.

 

  • Store Nickname is defined by you and can be found in Office > Back Office Settings > Store Settings (click Edit for the store you'd like to set a nickname for).
