Manage Existing Gift Cards and Gift Certificates

To manage a specific card type, click on the card's "Part #" (highlighted in blue).

This will open a management page where you can view or modify:

• The card type's default value.
• Whether the card has an expiration date.
• How serial numbers should be enforced.
  • Control Enforced: Serial numbers must be pre-entered before they can be sold.
  • Solicit: Serial number is entered as each card is sold.

You will also see a list of existing serial numbers for this card type.

• This list can be filtered by card status (active, inactive, expired, etc.)
• Use the ADD SERIAL NUMBER button to add new Control Enforced Serial Numbers
